We’re back after a little break from enjoying the holidays and spending time with our families.

It’s amazing how fast it all geos by!

The girls had a good Christmas – they got lots of goodies and got to see their best friend Stella. They were so happy to play in the yard with her and even got to have a sleepover together last week.

Although the weather hasn’t been that great, Addie and Ivy have still gotten out and been able to play. We’ve had some hikes in the woods and went north so they could play in the snow. Mostly they’re enjoining lots of time hanging in the house and cuddling by the fireplace.

Addie has been the best girl, and would be content spending her whole day on the couch. She’s been so excited on every hike we’ve been on and been listening really well. She’s trying to run off all of the holiday treats she’s been eating and has been so happy to do so.

Ivy…well, she’s Ivy. She’s been tearing into Christmas gifts, and has taught herself how to hide my shoes so she always has a spare. I am constantly missing one slipper, one boot or one sock…but can always find them either under the couch or under the coffee table.

She’s loved chasing Addie through the woods and following all the smells she finds while out there. Although she’s crazy, her listening has been phenomenal off-leash and is the happiest little puppy at all times.

Either way, we’ve had a good few weeks and are recharged to start a new year.

It will be hard to beat two consecutive years of raising pandemic puppies…but we’re excited to see what 2022 has in store for us.

This year, we have new lessons, new toys and so much more to share with you!

We hope the holiday break gave you time to recharge and enjoy time with your furry friends.

Happy 2022!
