We found Lola & Maeve and wanted to share how perfect they are for you, your family, a co-worker or that one person whose hard to buy a gift for.
Lola & Maeve is named after two cute pups that became family members during the pandemic (just like my little Ivy!). Lola the Labrador and Maeve the Goldendoodle are the happiest doggos who helped inspire the brand.
Their owners – Bob and Jen, had worked in the candle industry for over 25 years. One day, they were discussing the idea of which scent Lola & Maeve would be if they were a candle – and just like that this amazing candle company was created!
These candles are made of a non-toxic natural soy and apricot wax blend, are phthalate free and don’t use any plastics, parabens, lead or synthetic dyes.
Even better, they’re hand poured in the United States and a portion of each sale is dedicated to organizations and rescues that make an impact of the lives of animals!
It’s an interesting concept to think about – which scent your dog would be…
I think Addie would be something like “wet dog” from all the time she spends swimming and Ivy would be more of a “smelly feet” from all the time she spends cuddling with our shoes…
But, they created better for us…instead of “wet dog” and “smelly feet” – we got Addie and Ivy – a hand poured candle with a Vanilla Pumpkin Pie scent.

Their staff is among the friendliest group of dog lovers that we’ve been lucky enough to work with (we worked with Kristen who was amazing!). You can tell they really put time, effort and care into their final product and it shows in the quality you receive.
Not only do the candles smell amazing, but the photos on them are super high quality. Once I burn through my candle, I plan to reuse the jar for dog treats (though, there are many other things you could use it for too).
